Mindfuse is an anonymous platform that enables you to connect with others in a safe and private manner.

1. Who Can Use Our Services: To use our services, you must be at least 18 years old, without exceptions. You register with your phone number and provide your age. All AIs, bots, or automated systems are excluded from using our services.

2. Data Protection and Privacy: Even though Mindfuse is anonymous, we take the protection of your data very seriously. Our Privacy Policy describes what information you share with us and how we handle it.

3. Subscriptions: To use Mindfuse, a subscription is required. There is only one subscription option, priced at €24.99 per month, available exclusively on iOS. This subscription grants you unlimited access to all features and can be canceled at any time. To manage your subscription:

   3.1 Open the Settings app on your iOS device.

   3.2 Tap on your name at the top of the Settings menu.

   3.3 Select Subscriptions.

   3.4 Find and select the Mindfuse subscription.

   3.5 Tap Cancel Subscription and follow the prompts to confirm your cancellation. Cancellations must be made at least 24 hours before the next billing cycle to avoid further charges. Access continues until the end of the current billing period.

   3.1.1 If you want to delete your phone number from our database delete it in the Mindfuse app by clicking delete subscription.

4. Reporting Violating Behavior: We rely on the community to keep the community safe and healthy. If you encounter inappropriate behavior, you can report it via the reporting feature in our application. Consistent inappropriate behavior may lead to permanent removal from the platform.

5. Termination of Our Services: We reserve the right to temporarily or permanently suspend your access to Mindfuse in case of a violation of the User Agreement or as a result of consistent inappropriate behavior.

6. License to Use Our Services: By registering with Mindfuse, you receive a personal, non-transferable license to use our services. This license ends once you stop using our services or when your account is terminated.

7. Limitation of Liability: By using our services, you agree that Mindfuse's liability is limited to the maximum permitted under the law.

8. General: Mindfuse may update the User Agreement at any time. Changes will be communicated 30 days before they take effect. By continuing to use our services after that date, you agree to the amended terms.
