- Your phone number, used for account verification via Firebase Authentication. We do not store your number beyond what is required for this purpose.
- Payment information, processed through the Apple App Store, Google Play Store, or RevenueCat. We do not store or access your financial data directly.
- Any other personal info you choose to share in conversations.
B. Automatically collected:
- Device type, operating system, and device ID.
- Usage patterns (features used, time spent, engagement).
- Location data, only if location permissions are enabled.
3. Third-Party Services
Mindfuse uses the following third-party services to operate:
- Firebase (Google): Used for phone number authentication. Firebase may collect device and usage data per its own privacy policy.
- RevenueCat: Used to manage subscriptions and entitlements across iOS, Android, and web. RevenueCat may process purchase receipts and subscription state per its own privacy policy.
- Apple App Store / Google Play: Billing and payment processing for in-app subscriptions.
4. How We Use Your Information
- To deliver and improve app performance and user experience.
- To communicate important updates, support responses, or service changes.
- To send marketing messages (opt-out available).
- To analyze usage for app improvements and safety enhancements.
Phone numbers are used solely for account verification and security.

We only share your information under limited conditions:
- With trusted service providers helping operate Mindfuse (see Section 3).
- To comply with legal obligations or government requests.
- To protect the rights, safety, and security of Mindfuse users.

We use encryption, firewalls, and best practices to protect your data. However, no digital system is 100% secure, so we cannot guarantee absolute protection.
7. Your Rights and Choices
- Update or correct your personal data in the app settings.
- Delete your account and all associated data using the "Delete Subscription" button inside the app.
- Opt out of marketing communications anytime.
- Disable location sharing from your device settings.
8. Children's Privacy
Mindfuse is not intended for children under 18. We do not knowingly collect data from minors. If you suspect a minor has shared information, contact us to remove it.
