Community
Join the Mindfuse community on Discord
Mindfuse is built together with the people who use it. Our Discord is where bugs get reported and fixed, where new features are suggested and voted on, and where members help decide how the community looks after itself.
Free to join. All you need is a Discord account.
Five reasons to come inside
- 01
Report a bug, see it fixed
Tell us what went wrong and we can ask a quick question, reproduce it and let you know when the fix ships. Most fixes start as a message in the server.
- 02
Suggest and vote on features
Share an idea, react to the ideas of others, and see which ones make it into the next build. The most wanted ideas rise to the top.
- 03
Help shape the community rules
We want the community to look after itself. How reports, appeals and the guidelines should work is being discussed in the open, and your voice counts.
- 04
Meet other members
Say hello, compare notes on your best conversations and get to know the people who show up for the Daily Fuse.
- 05
Hear about new builds first
New versions, what changed and what is coming next land in the server before they reach the stores.
Three channels to begin with
#introductionsSay hello. Where you are, what time it is there, what you like to talk about.#general-chatTalk with the community about anything, including the conversations you had in the app.#new-featuresIdeas, votes and the open discussion about how the community should moderate itself.
The same community guidelines apply in the server as in the app: be kind, be curious, no abuse.
Four things that get a bug fixed fast
A good report saves a day of guessing. Post it in the server with these four things and we can usually reproduce it straight away.
Your device
Phone model and system version, for example "iPhone 13, iOS 18.2" or "Pixel 7, Android 15".
The app version
On iPhone: Settings, General, iPhone Storage, Mindfuse. On Android: Settings, Apps, Mindfuse. The version number is shown there.
What happened
What you did, what you expected, and what happened instead. Add roughly when it happened and your time zone, so we can find it quickly.
A screenshot or screen recording
One picture often says more than a paragraph. Crop out anything personal, and never post your phone number.
Device: App version: What I did: What I expected: What happened instead: When (time + time zone): Screenshot: attached
Something unsafe in a call? Report the person from the call screen in the app, so it reaches moderation right away. Rather email? Contact us.
Once a day, the whole world comes online at once
The Daily Fuse is one shared moment at 17:00 UTC, the same instant in every time zone, when the most people are online and a match comes quickest. The app counts down to it, and the Discord is where members remind each other to show up together.
Built with our community
Bring a bug, an idea or just a hello. Every build gets better because someone said something.
