How we keep Mindfuse safe and kind.

Before the call

• 01Real, verified people

  Every account is verified with a phone number. The voice you hear belongs to a real person, and one person cannot hide behind a pile of accounts.

• 02Adults only

  Mindfuse is for people aged 18 and over. Everyone agrees to the community guidelines before their first call.

• 03Nothing to judge you by

  No profile, no photos, no name. The other person hears your voice and nothing else, so every conversation starts on equal ground.

During the call

• 04Never recorded

  Calls travel encrypted and are never recorded or stored. What is said in the call stays between the two of you.

• 05Your number stays yours

  Your phone number, name and contacts are never shown to anyone you talk to. You share only what you choose to share.

• 06Leave whenever you like

  End any call in one tap, no explanation needed. You owe nobody a conversation.

• 07Report and block in one tap

  If something feels wrong, report it right from the call screen and pick a reason. You can block someone too, and you will never be matched with them again.

Looking out for each other

• 08Every report is read

  Reports are reviewed around the clock, and the most serious ones are handled first. Reporting someone never counts against you.

• 09Fair to everyone

  We look at the whole picture, not one moment. Several separate people describing the same thing weighs far more than a single bad call, so nobody is removed on one person's word.

• 10Opinions are welcome

  Different views, beliefs and politics are part of talking to the world. We act on how people treat each other, never on what they think.

• 11Zero tolerance for the worst

  Sexual content, threats, extremism and anything involving minors mean permanent removal. That person cannot come back with the same phone number.

• 12Clear and open

  If we restrict an account, the app says so and explains why. Anyone can ask us to take another look, and we review every request.
