Mindfuse · Work with us
Mindfuse connects strangers across borders for anonymous voice conversations. No profiles, no algorithm, no performance — just two people from completely different worlds, actually talking.
Where we are
Early stage. Real product. Downloaded in 80+ countries.
Mindfuse is not a startup with a big team and a fundraise announcement. It's a product built by one person, solving a problem that's real: the algorithm connects you to people who already agree with you, and genuine cross-cultural conversation has become rare by design.
We're at the stage where the right contribution — in any area — has an outsized effect. If you want to work on something early and meaningful rather than optimise a mature product, this is that.
Where you might fit
Engineering
iOS, Android, backend, infrastructure. We use React Native, Node, and Cloudflare Workers. If you build things carefully and care about performance, we want to talk.
Growth & marketing
SEO, content, outreach, partnerships. If you've grown something before — or have a sharp sense of where the leverage is — get in touch.
Design
Product design, visual identity, motion. Mindfuse has a strong aesthetic direction. If you want to push it further, we're interested.
Research & writing
We publish statistics, essays, and data on human connection. If you write well and think rigorously, there's work here.
Something else
If you see a way to contribute that isn't on this list, say so. The best contributions are often the ones we didn't know we needed.
What matters here
You ship things
We move fast and we care about quality. The combination is rare, and it's what we look for.
You have a point of view
We don't need people who agree with everything. We need people who think clearly and say what they actually think.
You understand the mission
This isn't an app for entertainment. Read the founder essay. If it resonates, we'll get along.
You're honest about what you don't know
Early-stage work requires a lot of figuring things out. Comfort with uncertainty matters.
Get in touch
Don't send a CV. Send something that shows you understand the problem.
Tell us what you'd work on, why it matters, and what you've built or written that's relevant. Short is better than long. A link beats a description.
